No.
The goal isn’t only to show what happened — it’s to create content you can keep using afterward. The videos are structured so they promote future events, attract customers, and give you ongoing material to post long after the event ends.
How much time does this take from our team during the event?
Very little.
We plan ahead so you don’t have to manage filming on the day of the event. Most teams just continue running their event normally while we capture it naturally and grab quick interviews when appropriate.
What if we already have a social media manager or marketing team?
That actually works best.
We create real footage and interviews they can continuously use instead of relying on stock photos or generic posts. This supports their work instead of replacing it.
How quickly will we receive the videos?
You’ll receive professionally edited content prepared for online use.
Turnaround depends on event size, but the goal is fast enough to keep momentum while the event is still fresh in people’s minds. (And yes, you can have the raws...)

Yes. All the time.
